As well as amazing wildlife and diverse terrain, this holiday offers you the chance to experience Tanzania on foot as well as from your safari vehicle!

Departing from Arusha, you will arrive at Lake Manyara in time for a lovely afternoon game drive, where you can appreciate the staggering natural beauty of this part of Tanzania.  As well as beautiful, this park is also unique, in that it is one of the only places you will have the chance to spot a lion lazing in a tree!

At Ngorongoro, you will take an exciting guided walk on the crater rim, where you will spot birds, monkeys or maybe even something a little bigger!  The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is lush, green, and packed with wild creatures.  As well as a walking trip, you will also take a full day game drive at the bottom of the crater itself.  With plummeting 2000ft walls, the migration of animals in and out of the crater is limited - meaning the concentration of wildlife here is quite staggering!

Your final days on safari will be spent at Tarangire, where the most unusual aspect of the terrain is the huge baobab trees dotted about, dwarfing the animals beneath.  Here, you can spot lion, leopard, cheetah and a huge population of elephant.
