Seronera Wildlife Lodge

Seronera is often described as the heart of the Serengeti, and at Seronera Wildlife Lodge, you will certainly feel that you are in the very heart of the bush.  

Carefully constructed using indigenous woods and glass, this lodge appears to blend seamlessly into its wondrous natural surroundings of sparse bush and rocky outcropping.  All guest rooms continue this authentically African feel, and of course afford views over the plains.  All offer king size beds, en suite bathrooms, central heating and various modern amenities such as safe, mini-bar, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer.

There are several dining and drinking options at Seronera Wildlife Lodge.  The Chui Restaurant combines authentic safari feeling with an elegant atmosphere, again carrying through with the Seronera theme of modern elegance combined with indigenous materials.  Professional chefs prepare international and local dishes with flair and skill.   

The Pango Indoor Bar is the central meeting point of the lodge, where guests can sit, mingle, enjoy a cocktail, coffee or cold beer and play a board game.

The Ikoma Sundowner Bar, meanwhile, centres on a large outdoor terrace, providing breathtaking views over the plains.  This is the ideal place to relax with a nightcap after your evening meal!  

For guests who need a fix of information from the outside world, there is a TV lounge with DSTV.  A selection of wildlife and nature videos are also regularly screened here.  The well-stocked library has a selection of reference books about Serengeti National Park, its wildlife and its people.  

More relaxing activities include swimming in the pool overlooking the national park, working outin the gymnasium, or enjoying a massage.
