Maramboi Tented Camp

Location: Tarangire National Park

Maramboi is a permanent camp located on the shores of Lake Manyara, in the migratory corridor of Manyara and Tarangire.  It boasts 20 luxury en suite tents in the heart of the northern Tanzanian wilderness.

All tents offer en suite bathroom facilities as well as private verandas and electric lighting.  The beds are large and comfortable and protected by mosquito netting.  The views from the rooms are of Lake Manyara and the Great Rift Valley.

The restaurant at Maramboi offers both refreshing outdoor and cosy indoor dining, whilst guests who are looking for extra privacy can arrange for private dining on decks.

There is a delightful outdoor swimming pool – the perfect place to cool down after a long day of game driving.  All guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. 

Activities at Maramboi include nature walks to the shores of Lake Manyara and bush sundowners on the shores of the lake.
