The open-style, Moroccan-inspired planning of the Sasaab Lodge, just west of Samburu National Reserve, affords beautiful views of the magical Ewaso Ngiro river – such an important source of water for the rare surrounding wildlife. Combined with the guidance of knowledgable and colourful Samburu guides and a level of luxury expected from any Tamini property, a stay at the Sasaab Samburu it truly a unique Kenyan experience.Providing accommodation for up to 18 guests in nine individually located rooms, this small hotel offers a perfectly personal experience. Each luxurious “tented” room offers magnificent views of the river and surrounding wilderness, even from the fantastic open-air bathroom! Meals, prepared with the finest fresh ingredients, can be served in various areas within the lodge's grounds, so you can choose whether to socialise with the staff and other guests, or hide away in a secluded corner for a more private dining experience.
